In our TOTS classes for children under 3 years old, your child will be introduced to basic gymnastics positions and terminology while developing their motor skills. They will explore our gymnastics gym and equipment, guided by their parent(s) and an instructor.

Our Preschool class caters to children in preschool or aged 3 to 4.5 years. 
In this class, your child will develop basic gymnastics skills through fun activities that promote body and spatial awareness, while also being introduced to fundamental skills on each event. The focus is on understanding body movements and control in a safe and enjoyable environment.

PRESCHOOL

Our Kindergym class is tailored for older preschoolers and kindergarteners aged 4.5 to 6 years.
Here, your child will refine their body awareness and control, applying these skills to specific gymnastics techniques. The class focuses on mastering basic positions and terminology in a safe and fun environment, advancing their comprehensive skills for more structured gymnastics activities.

KINDER GYM

Our co-ed Beginner class is designed for children aged 6 to 8 who are new to gymnastics or have minimal recreational experience. 
Students will be introduced to fundamental skills for each event, along with basic gymnastics positions and terminology. All participants will be evaluated and placed in the appropriate class if necessary.

CO ED BEGINNER

The Co-Ed Beginner 8+ class is for gymnasts aged 8 to 12 with little to no prior gymnastics experience.
This class covers beginner skills across all events, focusing on foundational techniques, positions, and terminology. Each athlete will be assessed and placed in the correct level as needed.

CO ED BEGINNER 8+

These classes are designed specifically for older beginners, offering an age-appropriate environment for students ages 10–16 or 13–17 with limited to no prior gymnastics experience. Athletes will learn foundational skills across all events while being introduced to more advanced terminology and a slightly faster-paced curriculum. This structure supports accelerated learning and progression toward the Intermediate level. Each athlete will be assessed and placed in the level best suited for their development.

Co-Ed Beginner 10+/Teens

Our co-ed Intermediate class is for athletes aged 6 to 16 who have either completed our beginner program or have prior intermediate gymnastics experience. This class is available by invitation or evaluation only and focuses on more advanced skills and techniques.

CO-ED INTERMEDIATE

The co-ed Advanced class is designed for gymnasts aged 6 to 16 who have successfully completed the intermediate program or have significant advanced gymnastics experience. Admission to this class is by invitation or evaluation only, emphasizing high-level skills, precision, and advanced techniques across all events.

CO-ED ADVANCED

Designed for athletes ages 6–16, this class is the first step into tumbling and focuses on the fundamentals of both floor and trampoline. Athletes will learn basic tumbling skills while building strength, coordination, and body control through targeted exercises.

TRAMP & TUMBLING 1

For athletes ages 6–16, this intermediate-level class builds on foundational skills, introducing more advanced tumbling passes and combinations on both floor and trampoline. Athletes will continue developing strength, technique, and confidence while working toward more connected skills.

TRAMP & TUMBLING 2

Designed for athletes ages 6–16, this advanced class focuses on refining higher-level tumbling skills and sequences. Emphasis is placed on power, precision, and execution, with continued strength training to support more complex skills on floor and trampoline.

TRAMP & TUMBLING 3

This adult gymnastics class is for athletes ages 18+ of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced gymnasts. Whether you’re trying gymnastics for the first time or building on prior experience, training is tailored to meet each individual where they’re at while building strength, flexibility, conditioning, and gymnastics skills. Focus is placed on supporting personal fitness goals, progression, and overall quality of life.

ADULT GYMANSTICS

Indoor gymnastics vault and foam pit area designed for safe skill development and controlled landings.

Our Martial Arts program teaches the basics of western boxing, the self defense & martial arts fundamentals of Karate, & the high flying kicks of Tae-Kwondo. Our program focuses on the mind as well as the body. As they progress through the ranks to black belt, students will learn self-control  & self-discipline. We help our students develop courtesy, integrity, healthy social skills & self confidence.

MARTIAL ARTS

Martial Arts Training

This beginner acro class is designed for athletes ages 6–16 Interested in our acrobatics and partner-based training experience. Students will learn foundational acro skills, including balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, and basic partner/group work. Focus is placed on safe progressions, proper technique, and building confidence and teamwork while preparing for higher-level acro skills.

At I Flip Gymnastics we offer a range of recreational classes for childeren and adults, as well as three different competative teams. These include Boys Artistic Gymnastics, Girls Artistic Gymnastics, and Acro Gymnastics (CO-ED)
