Tuition and Registration:
Our class's tuition price is based on the duration of the class and not the level for all recreational classes, excluding our team program. Our tuition is billed on the first of every month for the full amount. All families are required to be on autopay for our monthly tuition billing.
As a member of our gym, there is an annual registration fee of $75, which will recur every year if you or your child is currently enrolled in any of our classes. Once the registration fee is paid, your membership is active for the entire year. If you decide to take a break from gymnastics and return a few months later, as long as your return occurs before the registration anniversary date, you will not need to pay the registration fee again.
Trial Classes:
We offer trial classes for $31. A registration fee is not required for trial classes. The $31 trial fee is non-refundable. The trial fee must be paid before the scheduled trial class. If payment is not received by the day of the trial, the student will forfeit their trial spot.
Families may reschedule a trial class one time only. To reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice before the original trial time, and the trial fee must already be paid. Once a trial has been rescheduled, no additional reschedules are permitted. If the rescheduled trial is canceled or missed, the $31 trial fee will be retained and cannot be transferred or refunded.
Class Withdrawal and Drops Policy:
Class tuition fees are billed on the first day of each month. We kindly request that a parent or guardian notify our iFlip office staff of any class withdrawal at least 15 days prior to the upcoming month’s first day. In the event that notification is received after the first day of the month, a full refund will not be possible. However, you retain the option to continue attending the class for the month for which you have been charged.
Class tuition fees are billed on the first day of each month. We kindly request that a parent or guardian notify our I Flip office staff of any class withdrawal at least 14 days prior to the upcoming month’s first day. Drop requests sent less than 14 days prior to the end of the month cannot be processed and will be applied to the following month. If notification is received after the first day of the month, a refund will not be possible; however, you may continue attending the class for the month for which you have been charged. Acceptable ways to notify the office of a drop request are: emailing the office, coming in person or calling. All drop requests must receive confirmation.
Class Makeup Policy:
We regret to inform you that structured class make-up sessions are not available in our program. We are unable to accommodate class rescheduling for anticipated absences. In the event of an absence, we can provide you with an open gym pass as a makeup option, available once per month.
We do not offer structured class make-up sessions; however, if a student misses a class, we can provide make-up through our Sunday Open Gym sessions from 10:00–10:50 AM or 11:00–11:50 AM. Please note that only one make-up pass per month can be issued, all make-ups must be used within 30 days, and families must notify us of the absence via email, phone, or in person either before the missed class or within 7 days afterward—otherwise, a make-up pass cannot be issued.
* Athletes enrolled in Boys Team, Girls Team, Devo, or Xcel programs should refer to their Team Handbook for specific make-up policies. These programs are not eligible for the standard make-up class protocol listed above.
Birthday Party Policy:
When making reservations for a birthday party, you must pay a $100 deposit. The remaining balance will be charged on the Saturday morning prior to your birthday party. Please note that this deposit is refundable if a change in plans prevents your attendance and a cancellation request is made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled party date.

Open Gym Policy:
Eligibility and Participation
1. Children’s Open Gym (Sundays):
• All children aged 6 months and older are welcome to participate in Sunday Open Gym events.
• Children under 3 years of age must be accompanied by an adult on the gym floor. A fee of $25 will be charged for each participating child.
• Children aged 3 years and older can explore the gym independently without adult assistance. However, parents are welcome to assist if they choose. A $25 fee applies to each participating child aged 6 months to 17 years old.
• Infants under 6 months of age who remain in a stroller, carrier, or swaddler and are not actively participating on the gym floor are not subject to the participation fee.
• Adults are not permitted to use or participate on gym equipment during Sunday Open Gym, as this time is exclusively for children.
2. Adult Open Gym (Tuesdays):
• Adults interested in using gym equipment are welcome to attend Adult Open Gym on Tuesdays from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Program Alignment
Our Open Gym sessions are designed to provide a safe and exploratory environment for children, similar to our ToTs classes for children as young as 9 months. These sessions encourage developmental milestones such as crawling, walking, and climbing in a secure setting.
Registration and Payments:
1. All participating children must be registered under the parent’s or guardian’s customer portal.
2. A punch pass or advance registration is required for participation.
3. Walk-ins are welcome. Family must have an account and an active payment method on file for Walk-in/Drop-in attendance.
Additional Information:
• All fees are non-refundable and must be paid prior to accessing the gym floor.
• Open Gym is designed to be a safe and enjoyable experience for participants while adhering to the guidelines provided.
For any questions or assistance with registration, please contact our office staff.
Gym Closure Policy:
Our monthly tuition ensures that each student receives a minimum of four classes per month. In the event that the gym is closed and this four-class guarantee is impacted, we will provide a makeup pass, referred to as an "Open Gym Pass," which can be used during our Sunday open gym sessions. However, if a class falls on a fifth session within the same month, no Open Gym Pass will be awarded.
Open Gym time offers 50 minutes of supervised free play. Our coaches will oversee the children, allowing them to engage in skill-building activities and enjoy 50 minutes of unstructured playtime within the gym.
Please remember that these policies may vary depending on the specific organization or facility. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend consulting our official policy documents or contacting our organization directly.
For Team Make-Ups: Please note that make-up policies for team practices differ from our recreational class policies. Each team has its own expectations and procedures regarding missed practices. For questions about team make-ups, please refer directly to your team’s Head Coach, who can provide guidance based on your specific team’s policy.
Failure to follow staff instructions or posted rules may result in removal from the gym floor without a refund to ensure the safety of all participants.
