I Flip Xcel is our competitive-recreational team. This team allows girls to experience a competitive team with less commitment. Try-outs are required in order to be placed at the correct level.

 

Our Bronze team requires students to have gone through beginner level gymnastics. We focus on building the technique and precision of beginner-level skills, creating a strong foundation for future growth. 

Our Silver team requires our students to have gone through intermediate level gymnastics. Athletes can start at this level if they have the required skills necessary to compete. We focus on safety while progressing individual skill. Through consistent training and hard work, we help these athletes grow and qualify for higher level gymnastics.

Our main goal is to maintain a fin and safe environment while giving athletes the chance to compete and showcase their hard work.
