Our Co-Ed Advanced class caters to gymnasts who have excelled in our intermediate program or possess substantial advanced gymnastics experience. Entry into this class is selective, determined by invitation or evaluation, ensuring a cohesive group of dedicated athletes.

In this class, athletes perfect their skills through rigorous training focused on mastering high-level techniques across all gymnastics events. Emphasis is placed on precision, strength, and the mastery of advanced gymnastics skills.

Led by experienced coaches, the program provides personalized instruction tailored to each athlete's strengths and areas for improvement. This supportive environment encourages athletes to push their limits, achieve their full potential, and prepare for competitive gymnastics at the highest levels.

Ages: 6 to 16 years old

Monthly tuition for our weekly classes is $150, with a $75 registration fee per student upon enrollment or annual membership. Each class lasts 90 minutes and meets once a week. Classes are ongoing and automatically renew unless you request withdrawal. Billing occurs on the first of each month; please notify us at least 15 days in advance if you wish to drop a class.
